Full Body Flex Classes: 
This time-efficient and effective workout combines cardio with resistance training exercises using bodyweight, bands and weights. Bring a bottle of water and a smile. All levels are welcome!

Monday and Friday 6:00am – 6:45am and 7:00am – 7:45am

Tabata Training: 
Do you think you can get a great workout in 30 minutes? What about FOUR minutes? The science behind Tabata, a form of

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), shows that this short, but challenging, workout can increase your aerobic and anaerobic systems MORE than a longer more moderate session of exercise. Not so sure? Come on out. You won’t be disappointed! We’ll start with a warm up, move on to 20 second intervals of cardio and strength exercises that get your heart pumping with 10 second rest periods and finish with a cool down and plenty of stretching.

Wednesday  6:00am – 6:45am and 7:00am – 7:45am

Strength Training 101:
Start (or re-start) your fitness journey here! This lunchtime small group class offers a NO INTIMIDATION atmosphere to fit in quality exercise, Have fun and improve your health!

Buns-n-Guns
Check yourself before you wreck yourself!  Buns-n-Guns is a form focused strength class designed to build muscle mass, mind strength and programmed for all levels.  We will focus on compound movements, complex routines, light cardio and barbell lifts. Each class will begin with an explanation and demo, modifications and warm-up. Class will wrap with a cool down targeting the muscles used in class.

Thunder Thighs
BA-BOOM! Get ready to rumble as this class is sure to create a storm! Thunder Thighs is a lower body (and core) form focused strength class designed to build muscle mass and prepare you for some heavy lifting. We’ll focus on proper form, range of motion, breaking parallel, single leg movements and core transformation.  Class will begin with an explanation and demo, modifications and warm-up. We’ll end with a cool down targeting the muscles used in class.

Thursday 6:00pm – 6:45pm

Mash-UP!
What could be better than a music mash-up?  A workout mash-up! This class will merge music and muscle building!  MASH-UP! lives up to its name – the class builds as time progresses. You never know what crossovers will happen.  All levels welcome to this party.
